Bodyworx Gym is fully equipped with free weights, pin-loaded strength machines and more. We have everything you need to transform your body - get fit, tone up, lose weight or build size.


Personal Training

Personal training is a great way to get a workout where the focus is all about you. Whether you're wanting to improve general fitness, or have specific goals in mind, with personal training you have the undivided attention of our fitness coach to provide training that is specific to you.

What is Functional Fitness?

Functional fitness is a training style that mimics the type of things we do in our everyday lives with our bodies. It's designed to make every day tasks and movements easier and safer, which is really important.

Functional fitness is a fantastic way to stay strong, prevent injuries and keep fit. 

 

Strength and Conditioning

One of our points of difference at Bodyworx Gym is that we offer dedicated strength and conditioning training, specifically for local sporting clubs and athletes. You can book a 45 minute session for up to 20 people to be coached by our staff, with access to a great range of facilities to help focus your training and gain an edge on the competition.
